Fully Managed Networks

FIXED PRICE - PROACTIVE - GUARANTEED SERVICE


IT Next Generation provides a range of fixed price services that deliver a high standard of support including pro-active patching of  systems and monitoring of trends allowing us to quickly identify issues and respond to them immediately.


There are 3 levels of support per device.


Managed - $30/month/device (+GST)
The base level includes all patching and monitoring along with monthly reporting. If we detect an issue on your network a ticket will be raised and we will let you know of the issue and our recommended actions.


Fully Managed - $100/month/device (+GST)
This level of support includes a proactive response to any alerts and issues that we encounter. We will respond to and begin fixing any backup issues on the same day the alert is raised. In addition you will get a pooled amount of 30mins/device that can be used for any remote or onsite support services. This amount expires each month. This can be used for general support and setting up new computers or mobile devices but not project work. This includes our cloud based flat file data backup service for each computer and server in addition to your standard backups.


Fully Managed Pro - $140/month/device (+GST)
This level of support includes all the above and unlimited support for your existing network equipment and the setting up of new desktops, laptops and mobile devices. It does not cover project work.


We install our Fully Managed Agent on all managed computers to facilitate such support.


For example a business with 8 Computers and 1 Server opted for the Fully Managed support service the cost would be $900/month (+GST). This equates to approx. $3.75 per staff member per day and includes up to $630 of services over and above the proactive system monitoring and maintenance and the online backups.
