Disable Outlook (2003, 2002 & 2000 SP3) Attachment Blocking 
Recent releases of Outlook 2003, Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2000 SP3 (but not Outlook 98 or earlier Outlook 2000 versions) block a lot of attachments by default. For some users in the IT section this is nothing but an annoyance. However their is a registry hack which allows the user to disable blocking of certain attachments. If you are not familiar with editing your system's Registry, it is strongly advised that you do not attempt to do this. This guide is for Advanced users only.

To use this key:
Run <b>Regedit</b>, and go to this key:

<b>HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security</b> (change 10.0 to 9.0 for Outlook 2000 SP3 or to 11.0 for Outlook 2003`fs)

Add a new string value named <b> Level1Remove.</b>

Now add the file extensions you wish to unblock as the value of Level1Remove.
Eg. To unblock *.exe or *.vbs attachments enter
