NAV 2.1 for Exchange Installation Errors 
When reinstalling the NAV for Exchange v2.1 on an Exchange 5.5 server you may see the following error message:

The profile needed by NAV for microsoft exchange could not be created by setup. Try install again using the same account.

This can be caused by a delay in the synchronization/setup of the new NAV for Exchange mail account. This account is required for NAV to be able to successfully access the Information Store.

If you look in the Exchange Administrator you may see that there is no owner listed beside the new NAV account.

The work around is to delete this account AND and any NAV Outlook profiles on that server.

Retry the installation. It is likley to fail again.

Wait for 60mins and check the Exchange Administrator Mailbox Resources and you should see the correct Mailbox Owner (Exchange Service Account) listed beside the Account.

Rerun the Installation using the same accounts and settings and it should work.
